Since you started, the common area cleaning has been exceptional. Before, it often smelled like damp carpet—kind of musty—but now it’s much fresher and cleaner.

I haven’t noticed any vacuum noise on my floor, nor have I been affected by lift hold times during cleaning. And even if you need to hold it, I wouldn’t mind.

I really appreciate your hard work. Thank you for making my floor feel more homey and fresh!

I personally haven’t used lift early in morning but Jack and Wendy might be give more feedback for lift use.
